A design-build home renovation project in Louisville, KY in the cozy neighborhood of Anchorage.

We developed this home remodel from start to finish, including concept design, design development, construction drawings, building permits, and general contracting.

  • Concept Design

We worked closely with the owner in the early design stages to determine their project goals, vision, and budget.

  • Design Development

Our team of architects and designers constructed detailed construction documents, coordinated with third-parties, and completed a city submittal package for permit approvals.

  • Project Management

At 7000rpm.life we believe in seeing a project all the way through to achieve the highest details through on the fly on-site decisions to coordinating a design shift as the project progresses.

Today the property value continues to increase in price. The home is located in the best award-wining school district and in a wooded lot surrounded by impressive real estate properties.

Front of The Home Renovation

Before and after photos of the front of the home renovation project. The front of the house was refinished with hardie board siding, cast bronze light fixtures, new windows, shutters, gutters, and asphalt shingle roof. We extended the front entry with a lovely proportioned gable roof covered porch. The second floor opened up with light with the addition of two gable dormers. The finishing touch was with the massive two-car garage and covered walkway entry. A beautiful home renovation in the City of Anchorage that impacted the surrounding housing market by increasing property value and the ascetic direction of the neighborhood.

Rear of Home Renovation

Before and after photos of the rear of the home renovation project. Removed the rear existing covered porch and extended the kitchen. Removed the existing exterior wall and installed a steel support beam and columns. Extended a gable roof from the kitchen addition for a seamless covered outdoor living space and concrete patio.

Interior of Home Renovation

Before and after photos of the interior of the home renovation project. A fully gutted and renovated home interior including a new kitchen.

The kitchen remodel included top of the line appliances and the best finishes for a new open floor plan and functional interior space.
